The midlife transition is asking you to make changes, but it’s difficult to make changes alone. You need a roadmap tailored to your unique body and lifestyle, as well as structure and accountability.
Are you ready to start the journey?

Here's how we get there: the Reclaim Vitality framework, that consists of three pillars: Discover, Regulate, Shift.
Change starts with an honest map of where you are and that map keeps redrawing itself as you go. This pillar surfaces the patterns operating beneath the surface — achiever, perfectionist, caregiver/helper — and how they've both served and cost you.
Your nervous system must feel safe enough to allow change. Chronic stress and unprocessed overload are stored in the body and create barriers to health and to changing habits. That's why this pillar focuses on nervous system regulation.
Information and tools aren't enough if the deeper patterns, such as overcommitting, perfectionism, people pleasing, and not holding boundaries keep undermining change. This pillar builds the identity-level and behavioral shifts that let new habits actually hold.

What's actually changing in your body, and why the strategies that used to work may no longer be giving you the same results.

Hands-on regulation tools (including EFT Tapping and other somatic modalities) and your first steps toward habits that actually stick.

Blood sugar, the gut-hormone-mood connection, and reframing energy crashes as important messages from your body.

Practical troubleshooting for night sweats, cortisol wakeups, and fragmented sleep.

Where belonging becomes self-abandonment, and the boundary skills that protect the changes you're making.

Consolidating your toolkit and building a plan that lasts well beyond the program.

My qualifications go beyond my training as a Wellness Coach with an MPH. I navigated blood sugar crashes, insomnia, gut issues, and burnout while leading a large program at the peak of my nonprofit career. I understand the specific stressors and challenges faced by mission-driven women in midlife that most menopause or metabolic health programs don’t address. And as a Trauma-Informed EFT Tapping Practitioner, I also understand the emotions and identity patterns that can keep us in our comfort zones and get in the way of achieving what we want. More importantly, I can support you in shifting these patterns.
I am launching the founding MAP cohort this fall. Founding members get MAP for $597 (vs. $797 standard), with a payment plan available at $227 x 3, and a hand in shaping what this program becomes for the women who come after them.
Curious if MAP is the right fit for where you are right now? Book a free Clarity Call and let's talk it through.
