In addition to juggling responsibilities, current events in our communities, country, and the world can add to feelings of uncertainty, worry, and fear.

Practice a variety of mind-body tools to calm your nervous system and increase your sense of safety and resilience.
Connect with a community of like-minded women who understand what you're going through and are committed to prioritizing self-care.
A brief educational segment to deepen your understanding of stress and the nervous system.
Guided practice of evidence-based stress reduction techniques, such as breathwork, orienting, vagus nerve exercises, EFT Tapping, mindfulness, and much more.
Reflection and discussion about how to integrate what you're learning into your daily life.
Attend all six sessions for the full experience or drop in as your schedule allows. Each session offers valuable insights and practical tools you can use right away.
